Charlotte Martin is the Managing Director and has over 20 years experience in people management services.
She is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), with extensive HR, Leaning & Development and Employee Relations experience and is qualified to post graduate level in Human Resource Management. She also works on behalf of the CIPD as a membership assessor and her knowledge of the HR professional standards is extensive.
She has significant experience of ‘generalist HR’ such as employee relations, dealing with complaints, investigations and contractual change and also specialises in Managing Performance (including pay, recognition and benefits).
She is a proficient trainer, designing and delivering bespoke learning events for both public and private sector as well as a trained mediator with coaching and mentoring skills and is accredited in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming).
In addition to her consultancy services, Charlotte provides guest lectures at Birmingham City University on Reward and Performance Management to post- graduate students.
